Introduction
This article provides instructions for connecting Tapo smart door lock to Wi-Fi.
Troubleshooting
You can follow the steps below to check your Wi-Fi connection.
Step 1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly.
Step 2. If your lock has a physical Wi-Fi button, make sure it's toggled on. If your lock (e.g., Tapo DL130) does not have a Wi-Fi button, make sure Wi-Fi is enabled in Settings > Network Connection.
Step 3. Ensure you did not set the Wi-Fi schedule to turn off Wi-Fi at the set time. Wi-Fi will be disconnected during the scheduled Wi-Fi off period.
