A statement of compatibility issue between TP-Link print controller and new MAC OS 10.11

Recently,Apple published MAC OS 10.11 which brings some compatibility problem with our router’s printer server controller and makes our printer server function useless.  We have already devoted ourselves to solve this problem. However, since Apple has not released the Open-source code yet, we have to wait.

The temporary solution is to downgrade your MAC OS if you still want to enjoy the printer server function. Or you may wait for the update of the printer server controller utility, and we will try our best to solve this problem as soon as possible.

You may encounter the endless rebooting loop, please try to use Safe Mode on Mac to solve the endless rebooting.

1. Please Start the Mac

2. Please immediately press the "Shift" key when MAC starts up with starting sound

3. Please release the "Shift" key when you see the Apple logo on your screen

4. Run the TP-Link utility uninstaller

5. Please do restart the Mac after running the utility uninstaller successfully
