If the suction fan of your Robot Vacuum reports errors, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Reduce the vacuum power.

Display the vacuum power at different level.

2. Manually reboot the robot vacuum with its side ON/OFF button.

Note: For RV20 Max/RV30 Max, press the power button on the top for 3 seconds to power on/off the robot vacuum.

Display the power button for RV20 and RV30 series, which is located at the side of the robot vacuum.
