Cancel or Downgrade Kasa Care Plan on the Web Portal

Kasa Careのサブスクリプションプランを変更やキャンセルをするとどうなりますか?

  • 月額のプランをご利用の場合は各期間の終了後に切り替わり、保存期間や容量が変更されます。
  • 年額のプランをご利用の場合は即座に変更が適用されます。プランのダウングレードやキャンセルに伴い、プランの枠を外れてしまう録画映像は削除されます。You’ll be issued either a prorated refund or a prorated credit. Kasaアカウントのサブスクリプションをキャンセルした場合は残りを返金します。他にも同じKasaアカウント上にKasa Careのサブスクリプションがある場合は次回以降の支払いと相殺されます。

注意: Individual cameras can either be billed monthly or annually. Your current billing cycle (next invoice date) can be found on the Kasa Care side bar in the Kasa app. If you wish to change your billing cycle, you may do so by selecting your camera in the Kasa Care side bar and updating it to your desired billing cycle

Effective Date:  Camera moved to FREE plan at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund:  None

Video history:  At the end of the current billing cycle, user will only have access to (up to) 2 days of video history or less than two (2) days for Kasa Spot cameras.

Effective Date:  Camera moved to FREE plan at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund:  None

Video history:  At the end of the current billing cycle, user will only have access to (up to) 14 days of video history.

 Annual

Effective Date: Camera moved to FREE plan immediately.

Refund: Prorated credit/refund.

Video history: Users will only have access to (up to) 2 days of video history or less than two (2) days for Kasa Spot cameras.

Effective Date: Camera moved to FREE plan immediately.

Refund: Prorated credit/refund.

Video history: Users will only have access to (up to) 14 days of video history.
